Greg has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development. He started his real estate career in Manhattan in 1996 as an in-house lawyer for the National Broadcasting Company, Inc. (NBC) where he worked on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and commercial leases.
In 2000, Greg was recruited by the Pyramid Companies located in Syracuse, New York. During his tenure there, he led the “big box” group by structuring and closing transactions to procure tenants from 35,000 to 210,000 square feet as anchors for shopping centers in the Pyramid portfolio.
After 6 years with Pyramid, Greg started his own development company, Sphere Development and developed over 500,000 square feet of commercial property that contain popular retail tenants.
In December of 2021, Greg and his partner decided to dissolve Sphere so that his partner could semi-retire. Greg created a new development company called Knight Commercial Development LLC with Dylan Bruns. Knight has gotten off to a rapid start with developments working in New York and Florida.
Greg earned his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University and a BS in Economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In August of 2022, Greg and his wife Nichole moved to the Providence Community of Davenport, Florida, where they are raising four children. Prior to the move, they lived for over 20 years in Cazenovia, New York.
