Dylan Arlie Bruns

Dylan has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and comes from four generations in commercial real estate development. He started his real estate career in Syracuse in 2001 as a commercial real estate agent with JF Real Estate Inc., where he was responsible for sale and leasing with landlord/seller and tenant representation relationships. He later moved on to become an Associate Broker and Jr. Vice President of the company. 

In 2013, Dylan created his own development company Arlie Properties, LLC to pursue and develop some independent real estate projects inclusive of hotels. In 2015 Dylan started his own brokerage company Arlie Brokerage, LLC and has been recruited by several developers to perform site identification, selection, and acquisition negotiation for national retail tenants in their portfolios. 

In December of 2021, Dylan joined with one of the developers he had worked with, Greg Widrick, creating a new development company called Knight Commercial Development LLC. In the short time that Knight has been fully operational it has working projects in North Carolina, New York, South Carolina, and Florida with additional projects targeted in Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama. 

Dylan earned his BS in International Relations and Communication from American University’s School of International Service. Dylan and his wife Jennifer live in Fayetteville, NY where they are raising their two young children.
